  • VISA: requires a copy of the credit card and a signed letter of authorization (letter should state name of beneficiary, credit card number, name of cardholder, card expiry date, bank address, billing address, amount &CVS number)
  • MasterCard: in addition to the above requirements MasterCard requires a copy cardholder’s ID (eg. passport or driver’s license).

• Cheques: Charges for collecting cheques that are issued by banks that do not operate in Jordan are very high; in addition PNT’s liability extends to 5 years irrespective of the cause and is expected to refund the amount when asked plus the relevant charges. It is therefore preferable that this method be only used if cheques are issued by banks operating in Jordan.

• Bank Transfer: International wire transfer charges can sometimes go as high as JD 100 per transfer, it is therefore preferable that this method be only used for contributions of JD 500/ USD 700 or above);
